Gratuities Naturals does not add an automatic gratuity or service charge. We believe that a gratuity is the prerogative of the guest as a gesture of thanks for excellent service.  We are unable to leave gratuity on a credit card, you may leave cash or in a check form.   Guests do frequently ask us what sort of gratuities is typical in a spa. We find that, much like a restaurant, gratuities range from 15-25%.

Spa Wear Guests often ask what they should wear to the spa. Please "come as you are" to Naturals La Siesta Spa--we’ll provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation. There’s no need to dress up!

Disrobing for Massage Your massage therapist is trained in draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy throughout the treatment. If you’re having a massage, you’re welcome to undress to your level of comfort. You’ll have ample time to undress and make yourself comfortable on the treatment table prior to the session. Your therapist will always knock and ensure that you’re ready before entering the treatment room.

“Spa Hair” That inevitable case of “spa hair.” (Good treatments = Bad Hair!) If you have a favorite styling tool, please bring it along. If you’d prefer to let the professionals repair your “do,” excellent shampoo blowouts are available.
